We rent the cottage out on a weekly basis, with the maximum rental period per booking limited to 2 weeks.

A deposit of 33% of the weekly rental price is required on booking. The final balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the rental period.
We will also require a separate deposit of £300 per booking to cover any damage caused to the property or its contents during the rental period. This will be refunded once the property has been vacated and checked to make sure that no damage has been caused.
Reservations will only be accepted from people over the age of 21 and who live and reside in the UK.
